  1. Boil 4 eggs and let them cool completely.
  2. Peel them and place them in a blender along with the olive oil, water, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, and salt.
  3. Blend well until smooth and homogenized.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

  • In this recipe, 1 serving is considered to be 100g.
  • It is preferable for the eggs to be hard-boiled and completely cooled before being used.
  • You can thin it out by adding more water.
  • It can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 10-15 days.
