  1. For the patties, place the chicken, mustard, and spices in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the mixture set.
  3. For the sauce, place the pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and spices in a blender and blend until well combined.
  4. Crush the cereal.
  5. Shape 6 patties from the mixture and bread them with the crushed cereal.
  6. Transfer them to a wire rack or a non-stick baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200掳C.
  7. Assemble the burgers; for the middle bun, use a grater to remove the crust from the bottom side.

Notes

  • Approximately 48g of the cereal will be used.
  • Oven setting: top and bottom heating elements.
