  1. Blend the cottage cheese and maple syrup in a blender until they become a cream.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the almond flour and protein powder, and stir.
  3. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes until firm.

Notes

  • In case you do not use protein powder, replace it with 80g of almond flour.
  • Placing the dough in the refrigerator helps the protein and fats bind better, resulting in a firmer texture.
