Directions
- Finely chop the lountza and set aside.
- Place the egg, the yolk, the cheese, and the pepper in a bowl, and mix.
- Boil water with a little salt in a pot.
- Add the spaghetti and cook for 6 minutes (al dente).
- Optionally, spray a pan with oil spray and, until the spaghetti is cooked, sauté the lountza for 5-6 minutes over high heat or until it becomes crispy, and then lower the heat completely.
- To the bowl with the mixture, add the tablespoons of hot water from the pot one by one without stopping whisking, so that it does not curdle.
- Drain the spaghetti, transfer it to the pan, and stir.
- Ensure that the temperature in the pan has dropped, slowly add the mixture, stir, and remove from the heat.
- Optionally, serve with more grated cheese.
Notes
- I recommend having all the ingredients ready before starting the recipe.
- The recipe is not difficult at all, it just requires a little care so that the mixture doesn't curdle.
