  1. In a bowl, combine the egg white, milk, flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and protein powder, and whisk together.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a preheated pan over medium-high heat, cover, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Flip the pancake using the lid.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip once more and serve.

Notes

  • Optionally, once the pan is hot, spray with oil spray to prevent the pancake from sticking.
  • The macronutrients do not include the strawberries, blueberries, and syrup, but don't worry as they are very low in calories.
