  2. Transfer the mixture onto baking paper and cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Spread it as thin as possible so it matches the thickness of the paper.
  4. Remove the plastic wrap and bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Let it cool completely and break into small chip pieces.
  6. Optionally, serve with a dip of your choice.
