  1. Add the eggs, cottage cheese, grated cheese, oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into individual containers and pour the blended mixture on top.
  3. Optionally, sprinkle extra grated high-protein cheese over each bowl.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Let them cool completely before storing.

Notes

  • If the vegetables don’t fit in the bowls, cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Bowl capacity: 650ml.
  • Oven setting: 180°C conventional heat.
